Department Manager
Location: Central London
Experience Required: 2+ years
Role Mission
As a Department Manager, you will oversee the performance of your department, driving sales and ensuring the achievement of business targets. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of client advisors, fostering a positive working environment and supporting their professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive business objectives, establish performance targets, and cultivate a positive team environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
- Support recruitment, talent development, and succession planning in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead by example in sales techniques, client engagement, and relationship building.
- Maintain effective communication through regular team briefings and individual meetings.
- Ensure a structured and effective onboarding process for new team members.

Client Experience

- Oversee store operations and maintain service standards in the absence of senior management.

Profile
- Proven experience in a similar management role, leading and developing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business results.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury retail sector.
- Committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
