Deployed AI Engineer / Elite Engineering Team / London
A heavily backed defence AI company is building technology for the autonomous age, and they’re looking for exceptional AI Engineers to be apart of it.
This isn’t AI that stays in a research notebook. You’ll take cutting-edge models from idea → architecture → deployment, solving genuinely difficult problems across agentic AI, LLMs, multimodal systems, robotics and distributed infrastructure.
You’ll work alongside elite engineers, AI researchers and founders, with genuine ownership over technology deployed in real-world, mission-critical environments.

What they’re looking for:
- Commercial experience building production AI/ML systems
- Strong Python, Rust, C++ or Java
- Experience with LLMs, agents, RAG or deep learning
- Strong ML fundamentals and AI architecture
- MSc/PhD in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Engineers who thrive on difficult problems
