Deployed AI Engineer / Elite Engineering Team / London
Some AI engineering opportunities are interesting. This is the kind that doesn’t come around very often.
A well funded defence AI company is assembling an elite engineering team to build technology for the autonomous age and they’re looking for exceptional AI/ML Engineers to join the journey. This isn’t AI that lives in a research paper. You’ll take ideas from research → architecture → production.
You’ll work alongside elite engineers, AI researchers and founders, with the autonomy to shape technology that is deployed into real-world, mission-critical environments.

What they’re looking for:
- Commercial experience building production AI/ML systems
- Strong Python, Rust, C++ or Java
- Experience with LLMs, agents, RAG or modern deep learning
- Strong ML fundamentals and AI architecture
- MSc/PhD in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Engineers who genuinely enjoy solving problems that haven’t been solved before
