Deployed AI Engineer | Security Technology | London | Python, PyTorch, Reinforcement Learning

Highly Competitive Salary + Equity + Excellent Benefits

About the Company

The most exciting AI doesn't stay in the lab. It gets deployed where decisions matter.

We're working with a well-funded security technology company building AI-powered software used in complex, real-world environments. Their platform combines autonomy, data and machine learning to help operators make faster, better decisions in situations where reliability and performance are critical.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Deployed AI Engineer to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world deployment.

Role Description

You'll work closely with end users to understand complex problems before designing, building and deploying AI solutions that solve them. One week you could be developing new deep learning models, the next integrating them into production systems or working alongside customers to see them operating in the field.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
