What we’re looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Excellent C++, Java, Rust, Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building complex production systems
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies
- Comfortable working directly with technical users
- Interest in AI, robotics, autonomy or distributed systems
