Deployment Strategist | AI HealthTech - London
We're working with a well-funded HealthTech AI startup that's building technology to solve one of the biggest operational challenges facing healthcare today. Following strong early customer adoption and recent Series A funding, they're looking to hire a Deployment Strategist to help scale customer delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with customers, and seeing the impact of their work in the real world. You'll spend time understanding their customers operate, identifying where their AI product can make the biggest difference, and working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver practical solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

You'll also play a key role internally, translating customer feedback into product improvements and helping shape the direction of the platform.
No two projects will be the same, so you'll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, thinking critically, and taking ownership from day one.
