Deployment Excellence Coordinator
We're looking for a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to join our growing Operations team, helping deliver AI agent deployments for customers across a range of industries.
You'll coordinate deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, risks are managed proactively, and customers receive a seamless implementation experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate AI agent deployments across multiple customers and projects.
- Maintain deployment documentation, tracking tools, and operational records.
- Monitor deployment progress, identifying and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-deployment reviews.
- Produce deployment reports, metrics, and status updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and customer experience.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience maintaining documentation and operational records.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive).
- A genuine interest in AI, technology, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
- Experience supporting customer implementations or deployments.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of deployment, implementation, or project delivery processes.
- Experience producing operational reports or dashboards.
