ERP Cutover & Deployment Manager

Lead the Critical Transition to a New Enterprise Platform

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Cutover & Deployment Manager to play a pivotal role in a large-scale business transformation programme involving the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP platform.

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused professional with a proven track record of planning and executing complex ERP cutovers, coordinating data migration activities, and leading organisations through successful go-live events with minimal business disruption.

Working across technology, business and third-party delivery teams, you will take ownership of cutover strategy, deployment readiness, data migration execution and post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems into a modern ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Cutover Leadership

  • Define and own the overall cutover strategy and execution plan for a major ERP implementation.
  • Establish and manage go-live readiness criteria, ensuring all business and technical prerequisites are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional cutover activities across business, IT and implementation partner teams.
  • Lead cutover governance, risk management, contingency planning and issue resolution.
  • Drive successful execution of dress rehearsals, mock cutovers and production go-live events.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations throughout deployment activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
