Blinx - Building The Future of Digital Health and Care
Blinx Healthcare is the UK health technology partner enabling health, social care, local government and VCFSE organisations to work as one coordinated system through PACO (the Patient and Care Optimiser) — our integrated digital platform.
With PACO, care teams work as one, patients stay connected, and the future of healthcare moves from silos to systems. PACO connects data, teams and organisations in real time, enabling shared insight and operational integration to support earlier intervention, proactive decision-making, and more human, holistic care centred around what matters most to people and communities.
One platform. One price. Less friction. More impact.
We work as true system partners — co-designing, co-producing and co-delivering solutions that turn ambition into action and deliver real-world change.
The role
Our Deployment Leads take care of our customers from their first conversation with us, through their on-boarding and implementation, and on to maintaining the relationships that help us understand how we best continually improve our services and products to meet their needs.
The role has three parts:
- Deploy. Understand how an organisation works, show them what PACO can do for them, set it up to fit, deliver training that people actually remember, and get it live.
- Make it succeed. Own the relationship after go-live. Track how PACO is being used, spot problems early, and help each organisation get more from the platform.
- Make it better. Gather evidenced feedback from your customers, take it to our development team, and roll out the resulting changes to live customers without disrupting them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We work with a variety of care services and settings. We're looking for people who can walk into any of them, understand what matters to that team, and work with them to get the best benefit out of their use of PACO.
Many organisations are coming to PACO from other systems. We aim to help them make the move with confidence: showing what PACO can do for them, answering their questions, and making the change as smooth as possible.
Key responsibilities
Getting customers live
- Run deployments from start to finish, from the first conversation to go-live.
- Understand how each team works and set PACO up around it.
- Keep every deployment in line with our information governance and clinical safety standards.
Demos and training
- Demo PACO to organisations considering it, showing what it can do for their team.
- Deliver engaging training, virtually and in person, from small team sessions to webinars or bootcamps for larger groups.
- Maintain and improve our training materials.
Customer success
- Look after a group of live customers as their main point of contact.
- Hold regular reviews to see how PACO is working for them and agree next steps.
- Help customers get more from new features and parts of the platform they don't use yet.
Product improvement
- Gather feedback from your customers and pass clear, evidenced requests to our development team.
- Roll out new features and fixes to live customers without disrupting their day-to-day work.
About you
Essential
- Experience in a customer-facing role where you trained people or took customers through a change, such as implementation, onboarding, customer success, account management or service operations.
- You pick up new software quickly and can explain it in plain language to people who aren't technical.
- You can understand how a team works quickly and adapt your approach to different settings and audiences.
- A keen eye for what could work better, with examples of spotting an improvement and helping make it happen.
- You can run several projects and accounts at once, manage your own workload and keep things moving.
- You build trust easily with everyone from front-line staff to senior managers and clinicians: you listen, answer questions honestly and help people feel confident about change.
- Clear, accurate written communication, including explaining an idea or issue clearly so others can act on it.
