Company Description

Seamflow.com is a $4.5M seed-funded AI company backed by Northzone and Initialized Capital, building the operating system for the global Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.

Job Description

As a Deployment Strategist at Seamflow.com, you will bridge the gap between AI product development and enterprise adoption. You'll own the end-to-end pilot lifecycle for global industrial clients, mapping complex regulatory workflows into automated systems. This is a high-impact, function-defining role for a builder who combines consulting-grade structure with an entrepreneurial drive to scale.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Define the entire deployment playbook for a 14x oversubscribed seed-stage startup backed by the early investors of Coinbase, Klarna, and Spotify.
  • Work alongside an elite team of ex-McKinsey/Bain leaders and world-class AI researchers from institutions like Johns Hopkins and UCL.
  • Directly impact industries critical to the physical world, like aerospace and energy, by automating legacy manual systems using cutting-edge AI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal candidate

  • Has 3-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB) or enterprise B2B deployment with a track record of managing senior stakeholders.

  • Possesses high emotional intelligence and a bias for action, comfortable navigating both executive boardrooms and technical reviewer environments.

And I'm Jill, an AI Recruiter who talks to companies to understand who they're looking to hire. Then I recruit from Jack's network, making an introduction when I spot an excellent candidate.

How does this work?

Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.

Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.

If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
