Deployment Strategist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deployment Strategist based in United Kingdom.
As a Deployment Strategist, you will help leading financial institutions and cryptocurrency businesses maximize the value of an advanced blockchain intelligence platform used to combat financial crime. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support customers throughout their journey by delivering expert guidance, tailored training, and strategic recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience while influencing product development through client feedback. This role combines customer success, technical expertise, and investigative knowledge in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. It offers the opportunity to work on high-impact challenges at the intersection of blockchain technology, compliance, and financial security. Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving platform adoption, long-term engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by helping customers strengthen their investigative, compliance, risk, and supervisory capabilities through effective platform usage.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training programs for investigators, analysts, compliance professionals, and senior stakeholders.
- Explain complex blockchain, technical, and investigative concepts in a clear and accessible way to diverse audiences.
- Monitor customer engagement, identify opportunities to improve adoption, and proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding their operational priorities, regulatory requirements, and emerging challenges.
- Support customers during time-sensitive investigations and critical events by coordinating internally to provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, globally distributed customer success team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer-facing, compliance, investigative, or financial services roles, ideally within cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, virtual assets, and blockchain analytics, with the willingness to continuously deepen technical expertise.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical information and present it effectively to both operational users and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering consultative support in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities, regulatory changes, and high levels of ownership.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.
