Deployment Strategist
Early-stage AI Native Start-up
Location: London (office-based)
Salary: £100,000 -£120,000 + equity + benefits
The Role
We’re looking for a Deployment Strategist to help enterprise customers successfully adopt an innovative technology platform. You’ll manage customer projects from implementation through to adoption, working closely with customers, product, engineering, and commercial teams. As an early hire, you’ll also help build the processes and team needed to scale customer delivery.

- Lead customer implementations from start to finish.
- Understand customer needs, workflows, and challenges.
- Create clear project plans and manage delivery.
- Build relationships with senior customers and users.
- Solve problems and remove implementation blockers.
- Work with product and engineering to improve the platform.
- Create repeatable processes for customer delivery.
- Help build the future implementation team.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Travel to customers across Europe when required.
Who You Are
- 3+ years in a top-level consulting firm
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Strong communicator who can work with both senior and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Good experience working on complex transformation projects
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with 5 days per week in the London office
- European language skills are a plus.
