Procurement and supply chain is a $3 trillion market still running on outdated systems and manual processes. Magentic is changing that.

We’re building a new generation of agentic AI that works inside the world’s largest and most complex organisations, backed by Sequoia and built by a team from OpenAI, Meta, Revolut, NASA and McKinsey. We’re early, moving fast and already solving real problems for global enterprises.

As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll be at the heart of making that happen. You’ll take what we build and turn it into real-world impact for our customers, owning engagements from initial scoping through to live deployment.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, commercial and customer, figuring out what needs to be built, how we make it work and how we deliver meaningful outcomes. You won’t just be deploying Magentic, you’ll help shape how we work with customers as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll have a huge impact on both Magentic’s commercial success and our product direction. This is a rare opportunity to help build a rocket ship. As we grow, you could develop into product management or engineering, into a leader in our customer engineering space, even into sales, as you discover your strengths and interests.
  • Own deployments end-to-end—design the rollout strategy at household-name enterprises, run the programme, and change course decisively when the approach isn't landing.
  • Hold the senior relationships—be the Director and VP sponsor's first call, run steering governance, and take on the difficult conversations.
  • Find the value nobody has scoped—go looking beyond the signed scope, prove new use cases with the customer, and build the case for what we sell them next.
  • Define best practice for AI deployment—set the bar on your deployments, and turn this into processes that the rest of the org can use to scale.
  • Shape our roadmap—bring product and engineering the problem, the customer evidence, and a view on what we should build.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You Might Be a Great Fit if You

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing delivery or product role
  • Have managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects at senior levels and kept them moving when priorities shifted
  • Think commercially: you track outcomes, not just activities, and you understand how successful deployments translate into revenue
  • Are energised by early-stage ambiguity — you can create structure where none exists and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Communicate exceptionally well, both in the room with a VP and in a written handover to a colleague

Bonus Points

  • Have experience deploying AI, automation, or data products inside large organisations
  • Are familiar with procurement, supply chain, or finance functions in enterprise settings
