What You'll Do

Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today.

This role owns one of our most important global partnerships – a relationship with a leading worldwide consulting firm – and turns it into an engine for growth. You sit at the centre: between the firm's senior leaders and Wonderful's GMs, GTM, and Product teams, aligning priorities and creating value together for enterprise customers around the world.

Think of it as a strategic, pre-sales flavour of Deployment Strategist – a blend of deployment thinking and go-to-market – with the mandate to build this function from scratch. It's global, hands-on, high-ownership, and comes with direct exposure to our CEO and COO.

  • Own and grow one of Wonderful's flagship global partnerships – shaping the strategy and operationalising it across both companies.
  • Become the partner's go-to expert on Wonderful — enabling their senior teams across the globe to understand exactly which business problems we solve and where we can win together.
  • Stay fluent in Wonderful as it evolves, and tailor your pre-sale approach to what matters most to each senior audience.
  • Build lasting relationships – following up with new features and proof points to unlock opportunities with potential end customers.
  • Work closely with Wonderful's GMs and GTM teams to keep priorities aligned as the partnership scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
