Comand AI's Mission

Comand AI's mission is to deliver the next-generation of software to the European defense.

Bringing defense software to real operators on the field is no common challenge. Constraints include custom infrastructure, no internet access, frugal equipment and the highest security standards.

About the Role

We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to own the implementation of our software, from the navigation through the most sensitive organisations in Europe to the delivery of a production-ready solution.

You will find units and champions to collaborate with, understand their workflows and constraints to maximize the value delivered through our software Prevail.

You will then run the deployment: onboarding, operational support, feedback capture, and iteration planning with product and engineering. You will work in close collaboration with a Business Strategist to expand Comand’s footprint within your geography.

What This Looks Like in Practice

  • Identify and secure design partners: a unit and a champion who will give candid feedback and help validate a real operational workflow
  • Decompose that workflow into something that drives real user value, building on the current stage of our product
  • Work in close collaboration with a Business Strategist to design the right project path to delivery.
  • Own the deployment end-to-end: onboarding, operational support, feedback capture and synthesis, and iteration planning with product and engineering
  • Translate field signal for the product team: turn qualitative feedback into clear next steps, reduce noise, increase signal
  • Collaborate with a Europe-wide team to unlock large opportunities with forces, partners or organizations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • Senior-level experience leading ambiguous, high-stakes deployments or field rollouts abroad, where adoption mattered more than the demo — this isn't a first field role
  • Ability to build deep trust with external stakeholders quickly
  • Ability to translate messy, real-world feedback into clear product signal
  • Comfortable pushing back, resolving conflict, and driving alignment without formal authority
  • Strong operational judgment and discipline with sensitive information
  • EU citizenship (contractual requirement tied to our defense contracts)
  • Willingness to deploy into active theatres, including Ukraine, and to operate under real operational security constraints

  • Paris-based with field travel to active deployment areas

The Process

  • Talent screening: 30 min, online. Background and motivation.
