Job Location: Operations Center - Birmingham, AL 35209
Education Level: High School Diploma/GED
Position Summary
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment as well as administrative support to the call center staff and affiliates in accordance with financial institution policies and procedures
- Update and maintain master file records
- Prepare customer correspondence
- Receive and process incoming mail and faxes
- Disburse funds for wire transfers
- Order checks, debit, and ATM cards
- Balance daily
- Perform other duties to service internal and external customers as directed by the Operations Manager or designee
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Must have excellent phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform at or above department average with little to no direct supervision while meeting all deadlines
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- A minimum of one year related experience and/or training in a financial institution setting with an emphasis on deposits
Computer Skills:
- Basic computer skills including the ability to use electronic mail, internet, and Microsoft Office products
