Role Description
Be the heartbeat of our busy workshop! Are you organised, proactive, and ready to make a real difference behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Depot Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dukinfield and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Depot Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our workshop delivers top-notch service, meets performance targets, and exceeds customer expectations.

Duties
- Creating and updating job cards with precision and speed
- Logging fitter job times from clock cards to keep everything on track
- Booking out parts accurately and returning unused items promptly
- Processing purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicating with customers to schedule work and provide updates
- Handling queries and calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Supporting the team with estimates and authorisations when needed

Required Certification & Experience
- Previous experience in a workshop or depot environment is a big plus
- A keen eye for detail and a love for keeping things organised
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (no weekends!)
Salary
Dependent on Experience
