Role Description

The Depot Administrator and Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for supporting the smooth running of depot and daily operations. This position handles administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing documentation, updating systems, and coordinating schedules for vehicles, technicians, and deliveries. The role involves monitoring stock levels, organizing incoming and outgoing orders, and liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. The coordinator responds to customer and driver inquiries, resolves routine issues, and supports operational reporting and analysis to improve efficiency. This role requires consistent on-site presence to oversee activities, support the team, and maintain compliance with company procedures.
