Work with us
£40,000 - £60,000 OTE (inclusive of salary, bonus, overtime and call out payments)
- Uncapped bonus scheme
- Monday - Saturday (8.30am – 12.30pm on a Saturday)
- Van, tools and PPE provided
We’re looking for someone who can drive success and lead the team at one of our busy commercial tyre fitting Depots. If you’ve got big ambitions for your career in the commercial tyre industry, you’re reading the right job advert—we look out for commercial thinkers and reward them with a lift up the ladder.
The Day to Day
- You’ll be responsible for daily business at your depot.
- You’ll ensure we deliver the best service to our customers.
- Support your team with a coaching-based approach that drives continuous improvement and job satisfaction.

We want to meet motivational managers who have:
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Management experience
- Leadership experience
- Customer and team focus
- A values-led approach
- Proven ability to drive sales and turnover

About us
Central Tyre is a tyre fitter for the Commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. Tractors, HGVs, vans, combine harvesters—we cover a broad spectrum of vehicles and we’re available for our customers 24 hours a day.
You’ll find Central Tyre depots up and down the country. They’re basecamps for hardy tyre fitting professionals who keep businesses on the road. Our teams work from there, rest there, and even get a bite to eat there (on us). They’re places shaped by team members who are empowered speak up and drive positive change.
