Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll also have ownership of the depot’s financial performance, including budgets, costs, and resource utilization. You’ll monitor performance against budget, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and take appropriate action to control costs while maintaining high operational standards.

Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do. You’ll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understand customer expectations, and ensure the depot consistently delivers against agreed service levels. You’ll take ownership of issues, resolve challenges effectively, and look for opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Safety, security, and compliance will be fundamental to your role. You’ll ensure the depot operates in line with all relevant health and safety, legal, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining high standards of parcel security and operational control.

You’ll also be a key driver of change and innovation. We’re looking for someone who challenges the status quo, embraces new ideas, and actively looks for smarter and more effective ways of working. You’ll share best practice, support wider business initiatives, and contribute to projects that help InPost continue to grow and improve.

In this role, your commercial awareness, operational expertise, and ability to turn performance data into action will help shape the future success of the depot.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an exceptional operational professional who thrives in a high-energy, 24-hour logistics environment and has the confidence, commercial awareness, and experience to manage a large-scale operation.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • Proven experience managing a large-scale logistics, distribution, or operational environment, ideally within a depot setting.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, monitoring resource utilization, and contributing to financial performance.
  • A strong track record of using KPIs, operational data, and performance information to identify issues, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing and developing sizeable teams, with an understanding of recruitment, performance management, training, and development.
  • A strong customer focus, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and consistently deliver against service expectations.
  • Experience managing operational and legal compliance, including health and safety, security, and relevant industry requirements.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive to innovate, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce improvements.
  • The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions when faced with conflicting priorities, stretching targets, and challenging operational situations.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and ensure plans are delivered.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and across different areas of the business.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of challenges, and seeing them through to a successful conclusion.
  • Flexibility to work within a 24-hour operation and provide support outside of standard working hours when required.
