As Depot Manager at the Luton depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
If you enjoy thinking like a business owner, spotting opportunities and making a direct impact on results, this could be the role for you.
In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.

- Leading a safe, compliant and customer-focused depot operation.
- Delivering depot revenue, profitability and operational targets.
- Driving a customer-first culture throughout the depot team.

- Coaching, developing and motivating colleagues to create a high-performing team.
- Managing fleet, people and operational resources to meet customer demand.

- Ensuring the depot operates safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

- Leadership experience within a depot, branch, rental, logistics, transport, engineering or customer-facing operational environment.
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong customer relationship and local business development skills.
- A customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
- The ability to motivate others, create accountability and inspire performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
