THE SCANIA DEALER FOR NORTHERN IRELAND REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:
DEPOT MANAGER (Ref DM/26/09)
Based in the Omagh depot the post holder will be required to lead a multi-disciplined team and will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all aspects of the Company's aftersales operations at this site.
The post holder will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Achieve Business Plan objectives measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within financial constraints.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of Scania's Dealer Operating Standards.
- Conduct day-to-day personnel management.
- Ensure the site remains Health & Safety compliant.
- Provide feedback, coaching and practical leadership.
- Build and develop close working relationships with customers.

Essential criteria include:
- GCSE Mathematics & English Language (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
- A full clean driving licence.
- Experience in a managerial post.
- Firm understanding of the key aspects of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Desirable criteria include:
- Technical knowledge and experience.
- Experience within a dealership environment.
- Experience of using Autoline software.
