Depot Manager
North West
We're looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Depot Manager to lead a fast-paced service operation in the North West.
If you thrive on leading people, solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational performance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll have full responsibility for the depot, leading both workshop and field-based teams while ensuring customers receive a first-class service every single day. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of workshop and field-based engineers
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the depot
- Planning workloads and ensuring a fast, efficient service for customers
- Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth
- Driving operational performance, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Managing stock, resources and depot performance
- Championing health & safety and compliance
- Coaching and developing your team to achieve their best
You'll also bring:
- Experience managing engineers or technical service teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A mechanical, engineering, industrial or service background
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach
- The ability to perform under pressure and make decisions quickly

Package:
- Salary up to £40k - OTE £7k-£10k
- Company car
