Role Overview
This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust’s Organisational Change Policy.
As a Deputy Admin Lead, the core function of the role will be to provide a comprehensive administrative, office support and project support function to the Management Team within Children and Young People Mental Health Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of a high quality and highly efficient administrative workforce within the locality.
- Lead on managing, coordinating, and ensuring cross cover of administrative staff across the Children and Young People services.
- Establish, monitor, and develop the required administrative procedures / SOPs and systems required for Children and Young People services.
- Produce data as required by Teams, Managers on a day-to-day basis.
- Work closely with the Head of Clinical Service, Clinical Lead/Service Manager, and Team Leader to support with contract management for Children and Young People, Quality Tool, and Contracts to maintain performance for the wider service.
- Organize your own workload and work within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
