About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Admissions team. This varied role is responsible for coordinating the 11+ admissions process for St Paul’s Prep School, supporting prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Responsibilities

Working closely with colleagues across Admissions and the Prep School, you will:

  • Manage assessments and events
  • Provide tours
  • Maintain candidate records
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for families throughout the admissions journey

Salary and Hours

Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, worked over 3 days, with Monday being a required working day. The remaining 2 days will be discussed at interview. The post is term time, 34 weeks, plus 4 weeks. The post holder will be expected to work occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings, for which time off in lieu will be given. Reasonable notice will be given for out of hours’ work.
