Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Care Manager to join our growing team. This office-based role also requires time spent supporting clients and staff in the field.

Salary
£28–£30,000 per annum
Key Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience within the care sector
- Ability to work both in the office and in the community
⚠️ Preferred:
- Some management or supervisory experience
- Full UK driving licence

Qualifications
Must have: ✔ NVQ Level 3 or higher ✔ Prior experience working in care ✔ Access to reliable transport or a full UK driving licence
