Care Deputy Manager Required at Our Louth Manor Care Home in Louth!
Care Home Based (37.5 Hours per Week)
Up to £39,000 per Annum

What You'll Do
Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care.

Who You Are
As a proven line manager in a care home setting, you will be keen to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
