Kent House: Our Care Home in Okehampton is looking for a Deputy Manager to report to the Manager.

You will be contracted to work 45 hours a week - including some weekend shifts. Ideally you should be at Senior Care level or above, have an NVQ3 and have experience in working in a care/nursing home for the elderly. You will be expected to work some care shifts as well as undertaking administrative tasks to support the manager, for example care planning, rotas, staff supervisions, training bookings, and helping the activities and wellbeing coordinator plan meaningful activities for the residents. Experience of Medication Administration is essential for the role.
