Grays, Essex | £80,000-£85,000 + Outstanding Benefits
An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to join a highly respected organisation in a newly created senior leadership role. Supporting the CFO, you'll lead the finance, payroll and procurement functions, drive financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and play a key role in major projects, transformation initiatives, risk management and system improvements.

About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven senior finance leadership experience
- Strong strategic, commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of leading teams and delivering change
