Deputy Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a Deputy Client Relationship Manager to join our team onsite with a prestigious corporate client. You’ll work closely with the Client Relationship Manager, playing a key role in delivering operational excellence, workplace readiness, and an exceptional occupant experience across a flagship headquarters across all soft services.
You will lead afternoon and evening operations, ensuring services run smoothly during the busiest periods of the day while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and workplace presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead afternoon and evening service operations across the site.
- Ensure all occupied areas remain workplace-ready and presented to the highest standard.
- Provide leadership and support to Supervisors, Janitors, and Washroom Excellence Ambassadors.
- Manage service requests, escalations, and operational priorities.
- Maintain exceptional standards across offices, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, breakout areas, welfare facilities, and washrooms.
- Ensure service requests are completed within agreed service levels.
- Support the Client Relationship Manager in delivering operational and contractual objectives.
- Coordinate operational support for internal and external events.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
- Manage attendance, performance, and daily resource deployment.
- Team engagement and attendance metrics.

Ideal Candidate
You will have experience leading teams within Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality, or Soft Services environments and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A confident and hands-on leader, you will be skilled at motivating teams, managing operational priorities, and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
You will be highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a corporate headquarters, financial services, or other high-profile client environment would be advantageous, as would experience managing service performance, workplace standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
