🚨 We’re hiring: Deputy Clinical Manager | Beckenham 🚨
£58,000 + enhancements | Full-time | Permanent
Partnering Health Group (PHL) is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Clinical Manager to join our teams at Beckenham Beacon Urgent Treatment Centre and Princess Royal University Hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic to take the next step in their leadership journey, working alongside the Clinical Manager to deliver safe, high-quality and patient-centred care.
- Lead and support clinical teams
- Contribute to service development and improvement
- Mentor, develop and support colleagues
- Provide visible clinical leadership
- Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Continue to make a real difference to patients and local communities

We’re looking for an autonomous practitioner with experience in urgent care, emergency medicine or primary care, alongside independent prescribing and minor illness/minor injury expertise.
