Based at any mainland SCRA office (subject to office capacity), with hybrid working arrangements available
Reporting to the Information Governance Manager/Data Protection Officer, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Localities and Head Office to ensure SCRA meets its obligations under UK Data Protection laws.
- Educated to degree level or with significant experience in a similar role
- Ideally have knowledge and understanding of SCRA’s responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR

The successful candidate should hold a BCS Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection or similar qualification. Alternatively, they should have a willingness to study and obtain this certificate within six months of commencing the role, which would be fully funded by SCRA.
