Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

Sitting at the heart of the LADbible newsroom, they will manage the day-to-day publishing of content and set content priorities across breaking news, original journalism, search and culturally relevant stories alongside the brand editor.

The Deputy Brand Editor will take a hands-on role in commissioning, editing and publishing content, ensuring it meets LADbible’s standards for accuracy, quality, tone and legal compliance. They will use performance data, audience insights and platform trends to inform editorial decisions.

They will also deputise for the Brand Editor when required.

  • Head up planning and tracking of original journalism and exclusive stories.

  • Use audience insights, search trends and platform behaviour to inform daily publishing decisions and longer-term content planning.
  • Monitor performance through tools including Aperture, Chartbeat, Google Analytics and Mission Control, using findings to optimise coverage.
  • Work with the Brand Editor to deliver monthly targets for overall sessions, search traffic and revenue, as set by the Head of Editorial.
  • Agree individual reporter KPIs with the Head of Editorial and hold regular performance and development meetings.
  • Champion LADbible’s editorial voice, tone and standards across all output.
  • Ensure content is culturally relevant, distinctive and aligned with audience interests.
  • Manage and participate in the team rota, ensuring appropriate staffing for evenings, weekends, major events and periods of increased news activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
