Supporting the Successful Delivery of Examinations

At Stanmore College, we are committed to providing a professional, accurate and supportive examinations service for students and staff, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.

We are seeking a Deputy Examinations Officer

You will join our Exams team and support the delivery of internal and external examinations and assessments across the College. You will play a key role in ensuring examinations are planned and administered effectively, working closely with students, staff, invigilators, awarding bodies and colleagues across the College.

Join Us at an Exciting Time

Stanmore College is entering a transformative period, supported by a £60 million redevelopment investment that will create a modern, sustainable campus for learners, staff and the wider community.

As we continue to develop our services and prepare for the future, we are committed to ensuring that our systems and processes support students and staff effectively. The Exams team plays an important role in this, ensuring examinations are delivered smoothly, securely and in line with regulatory requirements.

The Role

Working closely with the Examinations Manager, you will support the day-to-day organisation and administration of examinations and assessments across the College. You will also deputise for the Examinations Manager when required, helping to ensure continuity of service and effective delivery during busy examination periods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
