What you'll be doing -
Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the pub and make sure everything runs brilliantly.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing the FOH team
- Driving sales, profit and operational performance
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Managing budgets, labour controls and forecasting
- Maintaining our high standards across people, operations, H&S and property
- Supporting training and development across the team
- Solving problems quickly and confidently when things get busy
What we're looking for -
You’ll have:
- Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or similar hospitality role
- A proven track record of leading successful teams
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Experience with budgets, labour controls and forecasting
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to stay calm, think fast and lead from the front
- A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome
- Right to Work in the UK
