An Exciting Opportunity for an Operational Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, motivated and energetic operational manager to join a vibrant and committed team within Theatres and Anaesthetics Operational team. This is for a permanent position within the Business Unit.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead on the overall operational, financial and strategic agenda for these areas.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent team working abilities and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to continually develop both yourself and the service
  • Successful track record of project management and service development in a complex environment
  • Proven ability to engage and lead teams through change
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Previous experience of business management and data analysis

The Business Unit

The business unit offers an environment to work in that has enthusiastic, hard working and compassionate leadership team. The team comprises of operational managers and matrons supported by excellent finance, HR, IT and administrative teams.
