Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Inverness.

Key responsibilities:
- Support and develop the management team.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
- Analyse performance and implement improvements.
- Support recruitment, training, and people development.
- Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager's absence.

About you:
You'll currently be working as a Deputy General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within:
- Restaurants
- Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Hospitality
- Food Retail
- Convenience Retail
