We're Looking for a Deputy General Manager
Are you passionate about food, drink, and exceptional service? Would you like to join an award-winning hospitality team and still make it home for dinner? We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to join our team.
Salary
£36,816 per annum (Overtime available)
Shift Pattern
Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00-17:30, 40 hours per week

W12 7FA
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily delivery of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Support the management and execution of the hospitality offering, ensuring seamless service for all events and functions.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a front-of-house team of 7, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence.
- Manage the day-to-day operation, deputising for the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Champion food promotions, merchandising, displays, and the overall customer experience.
- Ensure training, risk assessments, and health & safety records are kept up to date.
- Investigate and report health & safety incidents, implementing improvements where required.
- Work closely with chef teams to deliver healthy, nutritious, responsibly sourced menus that reflect current food trends.
