Deputy General Manager - Corporate Hospitality Fine Dining - £50k
Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Deputy General Manager within the Corporate Contract Catering Sector, Fine Dining Restaurants or 5* Hotels? Do you have experience managing high volume events? Are you focused on giving a 5* level of service at all times? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.
I am recruiting for a stunning B&I contract in London. The focus is on fine dining and first-class service, providing a Michelin experience at all times. As the Deputy General Manager you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 20 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

The ideal Deputy General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge:

- Experience in either high end Corporate Hospitality or 5* Hotels
- Worked within Michelin/ Multi-Rosette Restaurants or Premium Corporate Hospitality
- A Hands-on approach and leads by example
- Sound knowledge of culinary terms and wines, ideally with your WSET qualification
