At Houston Hot Chicken, we're bringing bold Nashville-style chicken, big energy and unforgettable guest experiences to the UK. We're looking for an ambitious Deputy General Manager to help lead one of our restaurants and play a key role in building one of the UK's most exciting new restaurant brands.

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help drive sales, deliver exceptional hospitality, develop a high-performing team and ensure every guest leaves wanting more. Whether it's a busy restaurant service, takeaway demand or delivery operation, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What you'll do

  • Support the General Manager to deliver sales, profit and operational targets.
  • Lead from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive food quality, consistency and operational excellence.
  • Manage labour, food and controllable costs to maximise profitability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, compliance and health & safety.
  • Take full ownership of the restaurant when the General Manager isn't on site.

What we're looking for

  • Previous management experience within a branded QSR or hospitality business.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
  • A natural coach who can motivate and develop others.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.
  • A people-first leader who creates an inclusive and positive team culture.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
