Deputy General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Deputy General Manager to join a busy, quality-led hospitality operation in Windsor.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who knows how to run a strong Front of House operation, lead a team and deliver excellent service while also understanding the commercial side of the business.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation and helping drive standards, sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager with the overall day-to-day running of the venue, business growth and performance
- Leading Front of House operations and ensuring consistently high service standards
- Managing bookings, reservations and service flow - handling feedback and resolving any issues personally
- Leading, Training and coaching team members to improve service, product knowledge and sales
- Driving revenue through confident upselling and team development
- Understanding and managing P&L performance, budgets, margins and costs
- Stock management, ordering, wastage control and maintaining healthy margins
- Ensuring health & safety, licensing and company procedures are consistently followed.

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll need strong previous experience in a Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar senior hospitality management role, ideally within a restaurant, premium pub, hotel or other quality-led operation.
You’ll be confident managing a busy Front of House environment and have experience with bookings, team training, upselling, P&L management, labour and cost control. We’re looking for someone commercially aware but still very much a hospitality person — someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and creating a great experience for guests.
