Deputy General Manager

Greenwich, London

c£37,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career?

We're looking for an ambitious Deputy General Manager to join one of the UK's most exciting growing leisure businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a hospitality, leisure or entertainment background who loves leading teams, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be part of a business where progression is genuinely on the agenda.

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help shape the culture, drive commercial performance and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.

If you enjoy high-energy operations but could do without the late nights, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

The Opportunity

As Deputy General Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to the General Manager, helping to oversee every aspect of the venue's operation.

From leading the team during peak trading periods to coaching managers, driving sales and maintaining exceptional standards, you'll play a key role in the continued success of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
