What You’ll Do As a Deputy Manager
- Support the General Manager in leading the restaurant to success.
- Motivate and develop your team to deliver standout service and delicious food.
- Take the lead on shifts—ensuring smooth operations and happy guests.
- Drive performance and help hit key targets across sales, service, and standards.
- Be a role model for safety, compliance, and team culture.
