What You’ll Do As a Deputy Manager

  • Support the General Manager in leading the restaurant to success.
  • Motivate and develop your team to deliver standout service and delicious food.
  • Take the lead on shifts—ensuring smooth operations and happy guests.
  • Drive performance and help hit key targets across sales, service, and standards.
  • Be a role model for safety, compliance, and team culture.
