We are running a Deputy Head of Compliance search for one of the world’s leading fund managers.
Their culture and reputation are excellent, and the right person can expect to be the Head Of in not more than 2 years. There are serious growth opportunities here.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the UK Compliance team, take an active role across the breadth of the team’s activities, and contribute to strategic direction of the global function. The role demands someone who can demonstrate leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to drive change. You must be able to make decisions, manage priorities, and represent the team across the business.

This is an opportunity for someone already performing a similar role at another firm or for a strong candidate ready to take the next step up in their career in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
You must have:
- A minimum of ten years’ relevant financial services compliance experience with a track record of career progression and increasing responsibility.
- Multi-asset class experience (quantitative and algorithmic trading systems are highly sought).
- An appreciation for how technology can enhance compliance outcomes and recent examples of their use. (Proficient technology skills, such as data analysis, SQL, and artificial intelligence tools are an advantage.)
- Excellent communication and presence: the role requires credible and authoritative interaction with all areas of the firm.
