Do you enjoy delivering great customer service, managing and developing people and being part of a busy Front of House or hospitality team?

As Deputy Head of Customer Experience, you will have the opportunity to shape the way in which our amazing Front of House team offers first class customer service to our patrons, while playing a key role in driving commercial growth.

We are looking for someone who will oversee the theatre’s Front of House team whilst on duty, who can think on their feet, and has experience of working with the public, ideally within an events or hospitality environment.
