Lead education. Keep your evenings.
You get all the leadership, teaching and curriculum writing you love about education, without the Sunday-night marking pile.
Same passion for education. A very different Sunday.
If you've worked in a school, you'll know the evenings and weekends that come with the job. Here's how this role compares:
- No out-of-hours marking. No more marking books at the kitchen table after the kids are in bed. Work stays at work.
- Your weekends are yours. Every one of them, with no Sunday afternoons lost to planning and paperwork.
Book leave when it suits you. You get 25 days plus bank holidays, and you're not tied to school holidays and peak prices.
Write the curriculum yourself. You won't be delivering someone else's curriculum. You'll shape it, including AI and new technology. Build something new. There's no waiting years for a leadership opening. You'll lead the growth of our new apprenticeship provision from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role

- Write the curriculum. Lead the writing and updating of course content and curriculum maps, and build in AI and new industry practice.
- Own quality. Run lesson observations, learning walks and data reviews, contribute to our SAR and QIP, and keep us ready for Ofsted at all times.
Grow the team. Line manage and coach instructors, skills coaches and teaching assistants, and lead their CPD and progression. Drive student success. Make sure students and apprentices get the support, guidance and interventions they need to move on to positive next steps.
