Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking for your next challenge?
We're looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Head of Hospitality to support the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences at Principality Stadium. From major sporting fixtures and concerts to corporate events and premium hospitality experiences, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.
Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, you'll help lead hospitality operations across suites, lounges, executive boxes, and premium dining areas, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest possible standard.

What you'll be doing
As Deputy Head of Hospitality, you'll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality operations across the stadium.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management of hospitality operations across all premium and hospitality areas
- Leading and motivating hospitality management teams before, during, and after events
- Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered
- Supporting recruitment, training, rota planning, and team development
- Collaborating with chefs, kitchen teams, bar managers, and operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conducting pre-event briefings and post-event reviews
- Managing guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock control processes
- Helping to manage labour costs, minimise wastage, and support financial performance
- Carrying out venue inspections to ensure operational readiness, presentation, and cleanliness
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing, health and safety, and company standards
- Deputising for the Head of Hospitality when required

We're keen to hear from candidates with:
- Experience managing hospitality operations within stadiums, hotels, conferences, arenas, or large-scale event venues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A proven ability to motivate teams and drive high service standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and a good understanding of food hygiene, licensing, and health and safety legislation
- Experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days. Working hours will vary depending on the event schedule and operational requirements.
