Job Title - Deputy Head of Learning – Health & Professional Studies (12 Months Maternity Cover)
Salary - £50,521 p.a. Incl. London weighting
FTE - 1 FTE

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role are focused on support and leadership for the curriculum area, focusing on securing consistently effective teaching and learning which leads to excellent outcomes for our students. The postholder will engage in collaborative leadership designed to secure the achievement of the College’s strategic priorities.

The right candidate will also have demonstrable experience in managing exceptional standards of teaching, learning and assessment for learners, supporting them to achieve at the highest possible levels and progress. The postholder should have a proven track record in excellent teaching and learning particularly in Health & Social Care, Sport or a similar area.
