Deputy Head of Security

Luxury Residential Development | Chelsea, London

Join one of London's most prestigious luxury residential developments.

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Security to support the delivery of a best-in-class security and resident experience within a landmark luxury development in Chelsea.

This is not a traditional security role.

We are looking for an individual who understands that outstanding security and outstanding service go hand in hand. The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a five-star hotel, luxury residential development, private members' club, or premium hospitality environment, combined with strong operational security leadership.

Reporting directly to the Head of Security, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of residents, guests, visitors and staff whilst maintaining the discreet, service-led approach expected within an ultra-prime environment.

About The Role

The Deputy Head of Security will support the management of all security operations across the estate, providing day-to-day leadership to the security team and acting as the Head of Security's deputy when required.

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, resident engagement, incident management and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class property where service, discretion and attention to detail are paramount.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
