OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
As our clients' challenges become more complex and our strategic offer continues to grow, we're creating this role to ensure strategy remains one of 23red's defining strengths.
Working alongside the Strategy & Planning Client Partner, you'll help shape the future of strategy at 23red. This will include continuing to elevate our strategic thinking across, building on our culture of effectiveness and ensuring every brief, recommendation and piece of work benefits from sharper thinking than the last.

You'll remain hands-on on our most important clients and pitches while also focusing your time on continuing to develop an ambitious, supportive and high-performing team where people are challenged to do their best work and growing the influence of strategy across the business.
You'll be an exceptional strategist with the judgement to simplify complex challenges, inspire creative work and influence senior clients and colleagues through insight, behavioural science, creativity, empathy and rigorous effectiveness. You will lead the development of compelling strategies that inspire brilliant work and deliver measurable change across campaigns, brands, experiences and partnerships.
You'll champion work that works. From the outset you'll build learning and measurement into projects, helping continue our culture of experimentation, improvement and effectiveness. Supporting efforts to demonstrate our effectiveness to clients and through award entries.
You'll help shape how we work. You’ll be curious about new approaches and encourage better ways of solving problems – continually improving how strategy is practised. This means encouraging experimentation, embracing new approaches - through research, AI-powered approaches, emerging technologies, collaboration and strategic methods - while ensuring human judgement, creativity, empathy and effectiveness remain at the heart of our work.

You will build effective multidisciplinary teams. Working across 23red, frog and Capgemini Invent, and with our Collective partners you'll work with the Strategy and Planning Partner to shape teams around problems - identifying the right mix of strategists and agency partners (behavioural scientists, researchers, subject matter specialists) for challenges.
You'll help grow and shape the future direction of the agency – spotting opportunities, shaping new offers, contributes to winning new business and building long-term client partnerships. And you’ll help grow our reputation too through thought leadership, industry relationships, new business wins and award-winning work.
